duly filled in, dated and signed by the applicant;<\/li><li>Two recent passport size photographs of the applicant;<\/li><li>Photocopy of the bio-data pages of the passport of the applicant beyond period of stay;<\/li><li>Letter of admission in a recognized educational establishment or TVET institution;<\/li><li>Letter of offer from institution;<\/li><li>Letter of acceptance from student;<\/li><li>A duly signed and sealed covering letter from a recognized educational establishment or TVET institution, with details of duration of course and start date;<\/li><li>Details of duration of the course and confirmation from the Tertiary Education Commission or Mauritius Qualifications Authority that the chosen course is a full time or part time;<\/li><li>Accreditation of programme letter from Higher Education Commission (HEC) or Mauritius Qualification Authority(MQA);<\/li><li>Documentary evidence of availability of funds or financial capacity to meet costs of study and stay in Mauritius(A recent bank statement for a period of last 6 months, letter of sponsorship from parents or guardian, copy of ID or passport of parents or guardian);<\/li><li>Accommodation letter (proof of address in Mauritius and Copy of ID of tenant);<\/li><li>A medical certificate certifying that the applicant is not suffering from any contagious or infectious disease. A test for HIV, Hepatitis B, a Chest X-ray carried out in his\/her country of origin. Another medical certificate within one month as from date of arrival in Mauritius.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2102\"><p><strong>Original Documents to be submitted:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Covering letter from Institution stating reason and duration required for extension;<\/li>\n<li>Application Form to Enter Mauritius\u00a0 duly filled in, dated and signed by the applicant;<\/li>\n<li>Two recent passport size photographs of the applicant;<\/li>\n<li>Photocopy of the bio-data pages of his\/her passport valid beyond the period of stay;<\/li>\n<li>Copy of Present Permit<\/li>\n<li>List of modules completed and not yet completed by the applicant from the Institution;<\/li>\n<li>The results of all modules completed;<\/li>\n<li>A monthly attendance of the student during past 12 months;<\/li>\n<li>Letter of sponsorship from parents or guardian;<\/li>\n<li>Copy of ID or passport of parents;<\/li>\n<li>Bank Statement of parents or guardian;<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation letter (proof of address in Mauritius and Copy of ID of
