Letter from applicant giving reasons for extension of wedding visa;<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a03. Two recent passport size photographs of applicant;<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a04. Full Birth certificate of applicant;<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a05. Full certificate of character or Casier Judiciaire or Certificate of Previous Convictions which should bear the names and forenames of the applicant;<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a06. Copy of valid return passage ticket;<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a07. Photocopy of data pages of valid passport of applicant and of page where arrival stamp of Mauritius is affixed;<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a08. Confirmation letter from citizen of Mauritius certifying her intention of civil marriage with the non-citizen and undertaking of responsibilities including:-<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(i) Occupation and earning <s>\u00a0\u00a0<\/s>\u00a0to ensure his financial support to the would-be spouse;<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(ii) Lodging \/accommodation facilities;<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(iii) Family status\/background; and<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(iv) Whether he knows the would-be spouse and for how long they know each other indicating how they got acquainted;<\/p>\n\n<p>9. Birth certificate of citizen of Mauritius + National Identity Card;<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a010. Divorce decree of both parties (where applicable);<\/p>\n\n<p>11. Death certificate of ex-spouse (where applicable);<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a012.
