For more details regarding standard of photo, <a href=\"\/passport\/?page_id=773\">click<\/a> here.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>(b) Adult<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Above mentioned documents at (a);<\/li><li>Mauritius National Identity Card;<\/li><li>Marriage Certificate (where applicable); and<\/li><li>Divorce Decree (where applicable);<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><u>Note<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong><em><u>Married person applying for a passport on &#8216;Joint Name&#8217; will be issued on the surname at birth followed by Spouse Name (without hyphen).<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>(c) Minor<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Above mentioned documents at (a);<\/li><li>Birth certificate of applicant.<\/li><li>Mauritius National Identity Card of parents\/guardians;<\/li><li>Passport of parent(s) (Applicable to Non-Citizen of Mauritius only); and<\/li><li>Judge&#8217;s Order (where applicable).<\/li><\/ul><p><em>Note: Foreign Court Order, where applicable, to be apostilled or legalised or authenticated).<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED.
