These forms are mandatory and must be filled at the point of embarkation.<\/p><p><strong>Entry Restrictions<\/strong><\/p><p>Foreign nationals who have travelled from, transited through, or been present in the <strong>Democratic Republic of the Congo<\/strong>, the <strong>Republic of Uganda<\/strong>, or the <strong>Republic of South Sudan<\/strong> within the last 21 days are temporarily prohibited from entering Mauritius.<\/p><p><strong>Quarantine Requirements<\/strong><\/p><p>Mauritian nationals and foreign nationals holding valid permits (work, residence, occupation, business, or student) who have travelled from or transited through the above-mentioned countries within the preceding 21 days will be permitted entry.
