Holder of valid Mauritius passport may apply to amend details on the passport for the following reasons:
- Change of Name by marriage.
- Change in Profession.
Procedures:
Applicant to submit the following to the Passport office:
- Valid Mauritius passport of applicant.
- A duly filled Endorsement Form (Available at Passport and Immigration Main Office or may be downloaded – Click Here).
- Documentary evidence to substantiate request.
- Payment of fee Rs. 100/-.
Note: The amendment will be inserted as an Observation on the passport.
